3D Artist & Motion Designer

We’re looking for a highly skilled 3D artist and motion designer to work on the next phase of our agency’s growth.

Ignite specialises in bringing creativity, technology and strategy together – to create innovative solutions for our clients. We have a broad range of clients including Meta, Marriott, Deliveroo and the first University to launch in 40 years – The London Interdisciplinary School.

But this brief is not just about our clients, it’s about Ignite. Our brand is in a place of evolution, and we have a strong creative vision to turn it into a desirable brand to both the business and consumer market.

Historically we have created work for clients in response to their briefs. Now we will be creating artwork for Ignite to invest in our own brand, and build a new creative house that has many different strands. This will include a fashion range, our own products, a series of NFTs and interactive digital and physical ecosystems.

This will of course translate into our client work. We are already working with Meta, LIS and Deliveroo in this space, building out interactive digital and physical experiences. And we expect this to grow significantly in the coming year.

Long term Ignite will become a powerful player in the metaverse, building on our success to date. The ideas we have, and the creative vision we’ve mapped out we believe will be truly game changing. What we need now is someone to build it.

You will work closely with our Lead Motion Designer – to realise the vision for Ignite, whilst working on a range of exciting client projects. We’re looking for someone with a creative spark, with great taste.

Specific skillsets include:

  • Cinema 4d
  • Redshift
  • After effects
  • Unity

We believe that our work, and the art we will be producing will carve out a new space within the digital landscape. Spirituality, urban culture, bold creative and high energy will be the cornerstones around which we create new digital and physical ecosystems, to capture people’s imagination.

We’re looking for someone who gets this vision, understands the journey we’re on – and is able to bring new skill sets to our dynamic team.
