Ignite is an Integrated Creative Agency with offices in London, Milan, New York and Florida. We specialise in innovative marketing, technological, strategic and design solutions for a wide range of clients across some of the world’s leading hospitality brands, including Marriott, 1Hotels, Treehouse, Drake & Morgan, Hawksmoor, Wasabi and Pho. We are increasingly working in new industries outside of hospitality, extending to Education and Retail clients.
Ignite has been at the forefront of digital marketing for over 20 years, with the agency’s expanded CRM services launching in 2023. Over the last 18 months we’ve already seen some phenomenal growth and are looking to continue to grow our services and the team.
We’re on the lookout for a budding CRM Assistant, who’s a creative and copy enthusiast with a data-inquisitive mindset and keen to make a real difference to the work we produce for our incredible clients. If you love all things copywriting, CRM and hospitality and have an eye for detail, this job is for you.
Key Responsibilities

- Content Planning: you’ll develop engaging, personalised email content plans that help brands deliver on the objectives and KPIs that we’re all working together to achieve.
- Copywriting: you’ll be responsible for writing clear, compelling & engaging copy for client emails.
- Email Design: using the brand email templates you’ll create email headers and email assets to ensure your emails are as engaging and as on-brand as possible.
- Campaign Creation: you’ll create and build personalised, dynamic emails in line with the content plan. Using learnings from previous campaigns, you’ll continually come up with creative ways to optimise performance.
- Customer Segmentation: You’ll create sophisticated customer segments using CRM platform segmentation to ensure the right messaging is reaching the right audience.
- Monthly Reporting: you’ll work with the CRM Executive to track database growth, engagement, email performance and the value our CRM activity is driving monthly, highlighting what went well or where there’s opportunity for improvement, to help inform future activity.
- Client Relationships: making sure our clients are happy is our top priority, you’ll be responsible for regular check-ins with them, sharing content plans and monthly reports.

- Constantly striving for success – the CRM function of the agency is still in its early years and we’ve already seen some phenomenal growth. We want to continue to grow the team and our services.
- Experience using CRM platforms: our clients mainly use Acteol, Connect, Bloomreach, Airship, Drip, Klaviyo, HubSpot so experience with these platforms is preferred but not compulsory.
- Passionate about hospitality: we’re fortunate to have some amazing hospitality clients, we want you to be passionate about, live and breathe hospitality like we do!
