Paid Social Marketing Manager

We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a well experienced Paid Social Marketing Specialist to work with the agency’s broad hospitality client base. From the outset you will be responsible for implementing the paid Social marketing of a wide range of client campaigns across a variety of Social platforms.

We need someone with a solid understanding of digital marketing who can strategise, set up, monitor and optimise Social campaigns as well as manage advertising budgets independently. Predominantly working with paid campaigns, experience in Organic Social will also be a benefit as there may be some requirement to cover this growing area of our client’s requirements too.

The role requires an organised, enthusiastic, analytical, hard-working and versatile person. You’ll need loads of energy and be able to remain positive and happy even when chasing deadlines under considerable pressure. 

 This role sits firmly within our digital-specialist team, so competencies that include a mix of digital marketing techniques are beneficial. Specific experience with Facebook Ads, Google Analytics & Insights Analysis  are essential.

 The role will include:

  • Social strategy and social campaign planning 
  • Social Ad platforms setup – across Instagram, Facebook, TiKTok & Snapchat
    • Implementation & optimisation of Social advertising campaigns
  • Retrieval and analysis of campaign performance data
  • Writing client-facing reports from said data and making client presentations and recommendations
  • Experience working on Organic Social campaigns advantageous
  • Ability to support with Organic Social content planning and posting
  • Copywriting a distinct advantage – either short form or long form a benefit

  • Happy to work as a team, but also able to work proactively and independently
  • A general interest in and genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing & web technology
  • An all-round basic understanding of digital marketing tools & techniques
    • Advanced working knowledge of Facebook Ad Manager
    • Basic knowledge of Social Engine Optimisation (SEO) a benefit
    • Any working knowledge of Search advertising and Google Ad Manager a benefit
  • Dedication to achieving a great ROI from our client’s advertising budgets
  • Excellent, fluent standard of written and spoken English skills
  • Confident and enthusiastic manner in discussing Social marketing with clients 
  • Digital marketing agency experience a distinct advantage
  • 2 years work experience at Social Marketing Manager level is a distinct advantage
  • Be open-minded and sociable with a lively personality
