Mid-Weight Creative Front-End Developer

We are seeking a talented Mid-Weight Creative Front-End Developer to join our growing team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for translating design concepts into interactive and engaging digital experiences. Your role will involve collaborating closely with designers, senior developers, and other stakeholders to bring our clients’ visions to life.

Responsibilities:

• Translate UI/UX design concepts into responsive and interactive web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them.
• Maintenance & updates of legacy web applications.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in front-end development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a front-end developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with back-end development with PHP 8+ and WordPress CMS.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Bonus Skills:

• Previous agency experience
• Animation experience using GSAP
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Next.js and Astro
• Laravel experience
• Knowledge/experience with Figma using developer mode
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Understanding of SEO and Accessibility principles
